Super clean and equipped room with a nice balcony and excellent AC. The location is jaw-dropping, right in the center of town with easy access to all the sights. The staff is mind-blowingly friendly and helpful, from giving directions to arranging airport transfers. They even provided free wi-fi and luggage storage. Definitely recommend for a fantastic stay!

i greatly enjoyed my reasonably large room with nice breezy balcony, kitchenette perfect for a budget vacation plus very nice view. the location was best possible and peaceful for walking around a medieval castle. there were a main market and a market around the hotel.

The staff is amiable and very attentive. Great public transport connection - a port is near the hotel.

Confort orthopedic mattress - Sleeping on the mattress felt like floating on a cloud, I woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was like having my own personal sleep sanctuary.

Noisy bathroom window - The only downside was a slightly noisy bathroom window that didn't close properly.

The staff was helpful, airport transfer, direct drive to hotel, showed us how to get to the Port, clean room, daily cleaning.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The location was excellent, close to the bus station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The kitchen was well-stocked, although we didn't need to use it much. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning, the staff were very helpful and resolved it quickly. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and helpful staff.
